To order your wood worktop, just return a signed copy of your estimate.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work on your project.

The balance will be due upon receipt of your new surface.

We accept checks, cash, or Visa and Mastercard.

Delivery time is generally 4-6 weeks from the time of deposit and template.

WARRANTY

By following our instructions, you can enjoy your gorgeous, sustainable wood surface for years to come.

• Endurawood guarantees your new wood product, against defects due to craftmanship and/or materials,

  for 1 year from the date of completion.

• Endurawood reserves the right to fix any flaws in the wood before replacing item.
• Endurawood does not warranty defects in finishing.

This Warranty will not apply and Endurawood will not be in any way liable in the event of:

• Normal color and texture variations. Wood is a natural product and color variations are a normal occurrence within the material.  Further color and texture changes in the wood will occur with age and exposure to ultraviolet light.
• Improper installation. Installation must be in accordance with best practices.
• Improper maintenance. Maintenance must be in accordance with the instructions provided.
• Typical wear & tear.  The countertop has been finished with an environmentally friendly, low-VOC finish.  As with all finishes, it will show watermarks, scratches, stains, dents and other marks from regular use.  This is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the warranty.  See care & maintenance instructions and finish manufacturer for details.
• Damage due to water saturation, such as leaky faucet or broken pipe.
• Extreme environmental conditions. We cannot be responsible for extreme climatic conditions, such as exposure to extreme heat, moisture, dryness or any other rapid fluctuations in any such conditions.
• Misuse. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents. This includes damage caused by impact, scratches, or scarring caused by sharp or pointed objects.
• Alterations by customer. This warranty does not cover alterations, including refinishing, repairs or cuts made to the countertop.

The Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Please note that evidence of the purchase date and the identity of the original purchaser is a condition for warranty coverage.
